11,583 days after the crime, the Attorney General's Office has arrested a second suspect in connection with the deadly arson attack on a shelter for asylum seekers in Saarlouis in 1991. In the attack on the night of September 19, 1991, Samuel Yeboah died of his severe burns. The asylum seeker from Ghana was 27 years old.
