35 organisations warn against turning away from refugee protection in Europe: Federal government must oppose instrumentalisation regulation!
On Thursday, 8 December, the EU interior ministers will vote in the Council of the European Union (EU) on a legislative proposal that would have serious consequences: Refugee protection and human rights are to be undermined by the so-called Instrumentalisation Regulation at the external borders. In the run-up to the vote, 35 organisations refer to the coalition agreement and urge the federal government in a joint statement to vote against the draft.
